Did a horrible job had my car registered to the previous owner went to mid town Trenton went above and beyond to correct it and replaced my lost FOB the tech postponed his lunch to get it programmed for me. Taking my Forester to Mark Miller Midtown is not an option—it’s the only place I would consider. Buying the Forester there and all the excellent care it gets there is topline. The technicians and staff are outstanding. I love my Forester and want the best for its care.

I am so glad I went directly through a Subaru dealership instead of buying my car 3rd party. I bought a used Subaru Outback 2015 with 30,000 miles, it now has 60,000 miles and nothing at all has gone amiss. I love the level of service that occurs at Subaru, I'm treated like family and a true guest, I don't feel rushed but receive excellent service each time I do my oil changes there. I am very happy with my vehicle and that I purchased it through Mark Miller Subaru!
I've owned different Subaru vehicles and I always take my cars to this location because their service is great, they make sure your vehicle is well taken care of and they have a good communication especially if the service is going to be quick or is going to take a while.

This dealership made buying a car very enjoyable. Our sales person knew the car inside and out. He got us exactly what we wanted, and while we were waiting for the car to arrive, he kept us up to date on the car’s arrival date etc.

Great place to buy a car
Started with a hiccup, but the parts department and service writer (Drew) were able to get it sorted out quickly. They found a couple of issues that I was happy to have fixed under warranty, and I had a loaner while they were doing it. Service was great. Employees were friendly.

For once I would like to leave six stars, normally you would like to leave some places zero stars but Mark Miller Subaru was incredible when I purchased my new Subaru Crosstrek. This was absolutely one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Made possible by Carlos Rios, he was a great sales professional. From first contact he was on point knew the answers to any questions and kept the process extremely efficient. My total time in the dealership was just over 30 minutes total. After the signing of the documents and choosing the desired add on’s which were a decent deal but we all have to make a living right. Regardless Carlos was awesome, fair, knowledgeable and efficient. I brought my Subaru Forester in to swap off my snow tires with my all seasons tires and to have an oil change. As usual, my car was brought in quickly, I was given an estimated wait time and enjoyed my coffee in the waiting area. Completed on time with a car wash to top it off. Always friendly service.

The Mark Miller Subaru service manager and three employees healed my 100% negative experience with the service department agent who checked me in to my appointment. I was shocked and hurt by the rudeness, gender and age discrimination and ignorance of this initial agent. A dealer employee, other service agents and especially the service manager miraculously transformed my total and unexpectedly painful experience. I have not had a new car and warranty coverage in a long time. I was really impressed with the whole experience of brining my 3-day-old (to me) car into a dealership and having it be serviced quickly, under the warranty, with Uber rides to and from the dealership/my house. That was a really neat experience, and it was very impressive how well the staff carried all this out.

An small issue happened after getting my oil changed at Mark Miller Subaru. I called them to inform them about the inconvenience, and they immediately helped me out, addressed the issue, and helped me out though out the process. The customer care of Mark Miller was exceptional.

Overall my experience was above average. My service advisor was Rachel and she did an excellent job. She was very professional and knowledgeable. The service was performed as expected but the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was my car was not washed as it should have been. This small faux paux cost Mark Miller Subaru from getting 5 stars from me.

After misplacing one of two keys to our 2016 Subaru, Outback, I was carefully walked thru the process to replace it. If you are down to one key, DON'T wait until you misplace that key because it will cost @ $1,200.00 instead of $300.00,

Trenton Jones deserves an award for sticking w/ me in this repair. We were at it since October or more: the parts were unavailable, production workers strike. He kept track of the parts as we texted weekly. We made our wish list plan as time passed of what to fix. Trenton checked things from this list in case they had been completed. He covered for the retiring Tom Francis with excellence.
I just got my 4th Subaru from Mark Miller Subaru midtown and the process is an easy and low stress experience. The sales team is always helpful and professional. I can’t see any reason to buy a Subaru from any other dealer.
